What services do you offer?

We offer free resume reviews, resume reformatting, resume rewrites, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and Career Compass sessions. 

How do I get started?

Simply fill out the form on our website with your details and upload your resume for a free review. We'll get in touch with you shortly to discuss the next steps. 

How long does it take to receive my resume review?

I typically am able to provide feedback in 2-3 business days.

What is the difference between a resume review, reformat, and rewrite?

A resume review involves providing feedback and suggestions to improve your existing resume. A resume reformat changes the visual appearance of the resume and rearranges the information on your resume to optimize the use of space on the page(s) and present everything in a clear and effective manner.  A resume rewrite means we completely revamp your resume to enhance its structure, content, and presentation. 

Do you work with specific industries or job levels?

We work with clients from various industries and at all job levels, from entry-level to executive positions. 

Can I see samples of your work?

What does a LinkedIn optimization include?

Our LinkedIn optimization service includes enhancing your profile summary, experience, skills, endorsements, and recommendations to improve visibility and appeal to recruiters. 

Why is Linkedin optimization important?

LinkedIn is the #1 tool used by today's recruiters and talent acquisition professionals. A well-optimized LinkedIn profile can significantly increase your chances of being noticed by recruiters and potential employers, expanding your professional network, and showcasing your professional brand and expertise. 

Interview Preparation

What is included in the interview preparation sessions?

During an interview preparation session, we will discuss the type of job that you're interviewing for, leverage LinkedIn to find potential interviewers, how to find potential interview questions, how to answer situational/behavioral questions using the STAR method, basic interview etiquette, and attempt to address any additional concerns you may have as you get ready for your upcoming interview.

What is included in the mock interview?

I will ask a series of basic interview questions related to the job(s) you are interviewing for, including "Tell me about yourself" and behavioral, situational, and technical questions related to the role. Afterward, I will provide feedback on your answers, body language, and overall presentation so that you know where you can improve.

How long are these sessions?

Each session typically lasts about one hour, but I can customize the duration based on your needs. 

Career Compass

What is Career Compass?

Career Compass is a term for a training session where I help explain how exactly recruiters and talent acquisition professionals do their job and find candidates, starting with analyzing a job description, breaking it down into an effective boolean, and then finding and engaging talent. 

How can a Career Compass session benefit me?

A Career Compass session can help you understand what's going on behind the scenes in recruiting and talent acquisition, and give you the insight necessary to make yourself easy to be found by these individuals, increasing your visibility and passive job search results.

Pricing & Payment

How much do your services cost?

Pricing for my services are listed on the website on their respective pages which can be navigated to through the website's menu.

What payment methods do you accept?

As of right now, I accept payments through Venmo or Zelle. More options may be available in the future.

Do you offer any discounts or packages?

Depending on the services you need, I may be able to combine those into a lower-cost package for you. For instance, if you are requesting a brand new resume and brand new LinkedIn profile, I can combine the video sessions for both of those into one and offer a discounted price.

Is my information kept confidential?

 Yes, I prioritize your privacy and ensure that all your information is kept confidential and secure. 

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

 I strive for customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with the service, please let me know, and I will work to resolve any issues.  I do not offer any refunds. 

Do you offer career coaching?

I offer what I call "Career Compass". This is not a career coaching service, but more an opportunity to teach you about the nuances of how recruiters & talent acquisition specialists do their job and find your profile. Through this, you will gain a deeper understanding of how you can leverage tools such as your resume or LinkedIn profile to effectively market yourself and demonstrate value to prospective employers.
